More charges have been dropped over what police had alleged was an assault in the northern suburbs in which a man had been held against his will and hogtied.

Randall Lee Headon of Paralowie attended the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Thursday after his March arrest, with the court hearing prosecutors had dropped charges relating to the alleged assault and false imprisonment.

Charges of assault that causes harm, aggravated assault with a weapon and false imprisonment were previously dropped against Salisbury Downs woman Toyah Barbara Rough and Brahma Lodge man Steven Christopher Lloyd.
