Randall Lee Headon, 40, of Paralowie is also charged with assault causing harm, while he and Ms Rough also face charges of aggravated assault with a weapon.

All three are also charged with false imprisonment.

The charges include: assault causing harm, administering drug to another person, false imprisonment, theft using force and assault.

Police prosecutors alleged that on Tuesday, March 5, the victim attended a Paralowie address – where one of the accused men was present – at around 11pm to allegedly purchase drugs.

The victim was allegedly put in a headlock until he was unconscious by that accused man, and when he regained consciousness the man allegedly called the two other accused to the property.

“They hog tied him … with his hands behind his back using a nylon rope, they tied it around his arms and neck and was assaulted by being punched in the face, hit with a rope with a ball on the end described as a dog toy and tased him,” a prosecutor said.

“He was then forced into the boot of his own vehicle and driven to the female accussed’s residence in Salisbury Downs by (the second male accused).”

“He was further assaulted there your honour, another male and female attended, the male attempted to stomp the victim on the head.”

The victim was allegedly robbed of his wallet and mobile phone, to which he gave them the passwords in fear of further assault, and on two occasions the victim had GHB squirted into his mouth via a syringe, the court heard.

The victim was allegedly released at 3am the following morning. His car, house keys and other personal belongings were not returned. The accused allegedly threatened to attend his mother’s home if he reported it to police.

The victim reported the incident to police on Thursday, March 7.

Police attended the Salisbury Downs residence and arrested the woman and the second male accused, finding the victim’s belongings, two tasers and a small amount of GHB.

Duty solicitors represented the three accused and made applications for home detention bail.

Counsel for the second man, of Salisbury South, argued for supervised bail on the grounds he has two children to support financially.

The woman’s counsel submitted to the court that her client’s alleged offending did not amount to a serious offence against a person as per the Bail Act. They conceded that a serious drug offence had occurred.

Counsel for the first male accused, of Paralowie, who is also charged with drug trafficking offences, argued for home detention bail on the grounds of supporting his two children.

Ms Martin rejected all bail applications

The three accused were all remanded in custody. The matter will return to court in Adelaide in June.
