Bumble Bean Chocolates owner Despina Cleanthous said despite some initial doubt, her laksa-flavoured chocolates have been a big hit.

“As we’re making them, we are giving them to customers,” she said.
“If you are a fan of chilli chocolate it’s a bit like that with the chilli flavour from the laksa and then you get that aftertaste of laksa flavour.”
Ms Cleanthous said the festival was a great way to keep the NT food scene fresh and exciting.

“It’s fun and we love making new things, especially as a Territory event,” she said.
