Bernard Tomic’s ex sends bitter message amid new relationship with influencer

Bernard Tomic unveiled his new blonde look and now a new girlfriend, but his former partner has issued a biting response.

Aussie tennis player Bernard Tomic’s new relationship reveal has led to a cool swipe from his ex — all while he’s trying to qualify for the Australian Open.

The former World No. 17 is set to play Russia’s Roman Safiullin in qualifying on Tuesday as he attempts to restart his floundering professional career.

Tomic, who unveiled a new blonde haircut and said he was going on a plant-based diet before Christmas, is dating a new social media influencer after breaking up with former reality TV star Vanessa Sierra.

It was revealed over the weekend Tomic is now dating Gold Coast influencer Keely Hannah. The pair had been liking each other’s posts and she was seen courtside as Tomic practised last week ahead of Australian Open qualifying.

Tomic’s management told the Daily Mail: “Yes they (Tomic and Hannah) are dating. A picture says a thousand words.”

Tomic’s ex-girlfriend Sierra has had her say on his new relationship, taking a dig at the 29-year-old and issuing a warning for his new flame.

“She looks like a sweet girl, I just hope he doesn’t take advantage of her being young and naive,” Sierra told the Daily Mail.

“It’s great to see him finally let go of the past and move on, as he did struggle with that.”

It comes after Tomic blasted Sierra in an Instagram Q&A in December. Their romance included his appearance in sexually-suggestive photos on her Instagram page and adult-content site Only Fans.

His relationship with Sierra was one of the first things Tomic addressed. When asked last month about his time on an adult content site with Sierra, Tomic responded by posting a photo of him burying his face in his hand.

“BIGGEST. REGRET. OF. MY. LIFE,” he wrote.

Sierra and Tomic made headlines last Australian Open when they shared pictures and vlogs from quarantine before the event.

Sierra then shared video of a Tomic tantrum in which he appeared to break a laptop.

At the age of 18, Tomic burst onto the scene becoming the youngest player since Boris Becker to make the Wimbledon quarterfinals in 2011.

Now he has set himself the goal of making the top 10 in “two or three years”.

“I’m going to try and turn this around and give myself the best chance in the next couple of years. I’ve got one more chance at this. I’ll try and do it for myself,” he told the Gold Coast Bulletin in December.

“Now it’s all about getting it right and having a good crack at the next five or six years and trying to get back to the top.”

“I miss that sort of feeling.”
