Kyly Clarke flaunts ripped rig on Sydney beach

The former WAG left fans with their jaws wide open after she shared a series of bikini snaps while enjoying some fun at the beach.

Kyly Clarke has left fans gobsmacked after she showed off her ripped rig in a series of bikini snaps over the weekend.

The former WAG took to advantage of the warm Sydney weather, hopping into a yellow bikini while enjoying a beach day with her daughter Kelsey Lee, 5,

Kyly, who shares Kesley with ex-husband and cricketer Michael Clarke, showed off her incredible figure in the bright $140 two-piece by Aussie label Baku Swimwear – which featured ties at the waist and a cut-out over the bust.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, the 40-year-old told her 68,000 followers she was making the most of every possible wellness and fitness opportunity during this time.

“Volley ball turned into Dodge ball. Kelsey Lee’s request. Definitely my kind of girl.” Kyly captioned the images.

“I hope those who could just get outside to enjoy the sun did, those who were able to take in a swim, Kayak, Stand up paddle board, read a book in the backyard, go for a walk or some form of allowed recreation got to do just that today.”

Kyle added that it was all these “simple things” that were wonderful for our mental health right now.

“And especially that of our children. We are nearly there! Stay strong and remember to check in on your loved ones,” she wrote.

However, as Kyly spread positive vibes, fans couldn’t help but comment on her “smoking hot” physique.

“That body! Such a babe! Love that colour on you! Looks like a fabulous and epic game of volley/dodge ball,” one follower wrote.

“Looks a wonderful day and you look so amazing,” said another, while a third added: “Kyle you are gorgeous.”

The mother-of-one recently said she is trying hard to stay motivated during lockdown.

In one Instagram post from July, she said she had spent some of the day sitting on her couch eating chocolate and watching Netflix.

But if there is one thing she loves to do, it’s to lead an active lifestyle.

In another post, the House Rules judge shared an at-home workout for some inspiration during lockdown.

“When in lockdown, we all need a little push, a little inspo, and if this gets just one of you moving a little more or following along tomorrow then I’ll be even happier than I already was today,” she said.

Kyly, who like millions of other Sydneysiders and Melburnians are currently in lockdown, reminded her followers to not “fret” having no gym.

“There are so many exercises you can do at home, you just need to explore,” she said.

“I hope you can use this time to better your best and explore new movements and exercise techniques to add to your current training regimen.”

In her clip, she demonstrated various leg-dominated workouts including squats, lunges and knee ups.

Kyly and Michael were married for seven years before calling it quits in February 2020.

Since their split, Michael went on to date founder of P.E. Nation, Pip Edwards, but the duo broke-up in February this year. And Kyly enjoyed a short romance with V8 Supercars champion James Courtney which ended in December.
