The Bachelor: Irena Srbinovska sparks rumours all is not well with Locky Gilbert

Bachelor winner Irena Srbinovska has sparked speculation there may be trouble in paradise with her latest Instagram post.

Bachelor fans are worried another love story has come to an end.

After moving to Perth to be with her Bachelor boyfriend Locky Gilbert, Irena Srbinovska set tongues wagging this week after telling followers she’s been “under a lot of stress”.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, the 31-year-old nurse shared that she’d treated herself to a facial because recent events in her life had “taken a toll” on her.

While it could very well be the year 2020 as a whole understandably causing her stress, the post had led to many speculating there may be trouble in paradise with Locky – who was this week seen attending a Melbourne Cup event without his reality TV love.

“I had my first facial since February, this is me makeup free and no filter,” Irena wrote.

“I have been under a lot of stress despite what you all see on socials I’ve had a lot happen in my life over the last few weeks which has taken its toll on my health and skin.”

Irena, who was living in Melbourne before filming for The Bachelor earlier this year, quit her job and relocated to Perth to shack up with the former Survivor star.

The couple recently completed their mandatory hotel quarantine and took a romantic trip to Rottnest Island, but on Tuesday, fans were confused to see Locky pop up at a Melbourne Cup celebration in Perth without his girlfriend by his side.

Sharing a photo to Instagram of himself with a friend at the event, the star made no mention of Irena’s whereabouts.

“Where is Irena?” one follower asked, while another added: “I didn’t see Irena here.”

Some pointed out that Irena – who is a vegan – may not have attended the racing event for moral reasons.

It’s also worth noting the couple were recently at the centre of engagement rumours after Rottnest Island’s tourism account posted a photo of the pair.

“Congratulations on your engagement!” they captioned the post. “That’s one ‘Locky’ quokka.”

The latest Bachelor break-up whispers come after most recent Bachelorette Becky Miles today revealed she and her chosen suitor Pete Mann split just three days after filming ended.

Speaking to news.com.au, Becky said Pete “said all the right things” when they spent time together after filming wrapped, but when he returned to Adelaide, he told her he “didn’t feel a spark”.

In a brutal twist, he ended things via FaceTime.
