A western suburbs man believed to be a member of the Comanchero outlaw motorcycle gang was arrested and charged last week over the Love Machine brawl and an incident at a Chapel St, Windsor, store in which a security guard was assaulted on August 13.
The 39-year-old was detained in Tarneit and faces counts of common law affray, affray, intentionally causing injury, recklessly causing injury, unlawful assault, using threatening words, failing to notify the firearms prohibition order registry of a change of address and possessing a prohibited weapon.

The Rowville man was left with a number of knife wounds and another man was left unconscious after he attempted to stop the fight.
The brutal onslaught occurred just metres from where 21-year-old Jacob Elliot – the son of Nabil Maghnie – murdered two people in a brazen drive-by shooting in 2019.
Elliot was sentenced to life behind bars with a non-parole period of 29 years for shooting security guard Aaron Khalid Osmani and Richard Arow dead.
