Police search for party goers after ‘suspicious’ death of 22-year-old man in Melbourne CBD apartment
A man found dead at a Melbourne CBD apartment on Saturday had been a guest at a party, with attendees leaving the rental before he was found.

A man found dead in a CBD short-stay apartment had been a guest at a party.
Homicide squad detectives have been called in to investigate after a cleaner discovered the Kings Park man in the rental at 10.30am on Saturday.
The 22-year-old had been at a party in the Flinders St apartment.
Police are now on the look out for the other guests of the CBD party who left the accomodation before the man was found.
Emergency services were called to the scene but he could not be saved.
Investigators are examining CCTV and looking into the rental property’s booking records.
Murder investigators who were called in after a post mortem found indications of foul play.
“The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined, however following a post mortem examination the death is being treated as suspicious,” a police statement read.
Police have asked for anyone with information on the circumstances of his death to come forward.
