Putting the squeeze on Victoria’s movers, shakers and headline makers.
A poster pile-on has popped up in Dunkley.
The campaign office for Jodie Beleya, Labor’s candidate in the upcoming Dunkley by-election, has been vandalised with banners spruiking Libs rival Nathan Conroy.
Beleya’s face was defaced with an image of Conroy’s face, and other Libs promotional material.
Mystery surrounds the identity of the provocative poster paster.
Meanwhile, former Victorian Premier Steve Bracks showed his face, alongside Beleya, at a pre-poll event on Monday.
Ricky Nixon spits burnt chips
Ricky Nixon has reverted to eating burnt chips as a single man.
The former high flying footy figure has revealed that he and long-time partner Melissa Huynh “are finished for good”.
Posting on Facebook the scorched remnants of an oven-baked disaster, Nixon wrote on Sunday: “When you sack the cook at the house and decide to cook for yourself.”
Responding to a follower who tagged Huynh and commented, “Don’t bite the hand that feeds you”, Nixon made it clear he’d turned MasterChef in isolation, saying: “We are finished for good.”
The couple, who were together for eight years, looked loved-up on Facebook barely two weeks ago.
Things turn quickly in Nixon’s kitchen.
