Two men have suffered serious stab wounds after a gang brawl erupted at a skate park near Geelong, with witnesses reporting as many as 20 young people involved.

Two men have been flown to Melbourne with stab wounds following a brawl between rival gangs at a skate park near Geelong.
A scuffle between two gangs at the skate park in Lara escalated about 7.40pm, with witnesses suggesting up to 20 young people were involved in the violence.
Two men, aged 18 abd 21, suffered stab wounds during the incident, and fled to a nearby APCO service station to seek help.

A staff member raised the alarm.
The two gangs fled the scene.
The 18-year-old, from Corio, was flown to the Alfred Hospital in a serious condition, also with injuries to his upper body.
The 21-year-old, from Geelong West, was taken by road to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a serious condition, also with upper body injuries.
“It is unclear at this stage exactly how and when the men were injured. Both have been taken to hospital with serious injuries,” Victoria Police spokeswoman Belinda Batty said.
Reports on social media suggest a group of teenagers had been seen hanging around Lara Station before the incident.

One woman said she had been at the service station and saw the men, posting “one of them did not look good”.
Another post suggested up to 20 youths were involved in a “punch on” before one was stabbed in the arm and another near the collar bone.
Police are investigating.
