A lucky Victorian has won a colossal $80 million in last night’s Powerball draw.
The mystery winner held the only division one winning entry across Australia last night.
The multimillion-dollar entry is not registered to a card, meaning officials have no way of contacting the winner and will have to wait for them to come forward.
The lucky winner of last night’s $80 million Powerball brought their golden ticket at a store on the Mornington Peninsula.
But the new-found millionaire is yet to come forward and claim their prize, likely unaware they have one.
There is still no word yet on whether the person was a local or visiting the area - or from which store their winning numbers were purchased.
“Someone in Victoria could be completely unaware that their life has changed forever,” the Lott spokeswoman Bronwyn Spencer said.
“We can’t wait to unite this player with their prize.”
The winning numbers were 33, 2, 32, 31, 28, 21, 26 and the powerball number was 12.
