3 hours delayed (Melbourne to Queenstown) not exactly a short delay. Any updates?

A Jetstar spokesman said an IT issued affected some of the airport systems on Tuesday morning, resulting in a number of delays and cancellations for both international and domestic flights.
“We appreciate this was incredibly frustrating for our customers and apologise for the impact to their travel,” the spokesman said.
“Our teams are working as quickly as possible to get passengers on their way.”
The delays impacted many passengers at Tullamarine airport, with travellers taking to Twitter to complain about being stranded for hours without any indication of when their flight will depart.

A Jetstar spokesman said at 2pm the airline was working to get passengers to their destination, with all delayed flights expected to depart throughout the afternoon and evening.
Disgruntled customers took to social media to complain about the queues and lack of information being provided by Jetstar.
Short delays - right. What you really mean is many flights cancelled out of Melbourne at least, customers left stranded and ground staff dismissive and unhelpful. pic.twitter.com/CP6mU6tRlG

It comes as Jetstar baggage handlers and ground staff plan to walk off the job during busy periods this week as the first wave of strike action hits the airline on Friday.
It is not yet clear how significantly the strike will impact flights, with the union required to give the airline three days notice, but delays are expected.
