THESE are the victims of the Bourke St rampage that devastated Melbourne in January 2017.
Six people lost their lives and 27 were injured when a car struck pedestrians going about their day in the city.
HOW AN ORDINARY DAY TURNED TRAGIC
THOSE WHO DIED
Yosuke Kanno, 25
He was hit by the accused’s car outside Amart Sports. Died at the scene from head and chest injuries
She was struck outside 415 Bourke St. Died at the scene from head injuries.
He was killed as he walked along the footpath on Bourke St, near McKillop St. Taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, he died from serious head injuries.
She was with her family, walking towards the RACV Club on Bourke St, when she was hit. Died at the scene.
She was hit by the accused’s vehicle on the corner of Bourke and Queen Streets. Taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital, she died on January 30, 2017.
Zachary Matthew-Bryant, three months old
The pram he and sister Zara, 2, were in was hit outside 501 Bourke St. Died on January 21, 2017.

Victim 7, aged 13
Struck on Bourke St Mall, outside Causeway, west of ANZ Bank. Non-life threatening head injuries.
Victim 8, aged 47
Struck on Bourke St Mall, between Royal Arcade and ANZ Bank. Broken leg.
Victim 9, aged 30
Struck on Bourke St Mall at Royal Arcade. Lacerated spleen, a pelvic fracture and a spinal injury. Remained in hospital for seven days.
Victim 10, aged 20
Struck on Bourke St Mall outside Amart. Leg injury.
Victim 11, aged 49
Struck on Bourke St Mall, near Reject Shop. Lower limb fractures and cuts to his head.
Bourke St in Elizabeth St, near the Commonwealth Bank. Critical head injuries, rib fractures, right lung contusion and arm fracture, was in a coma on life support for 26 days. Underwent a lengthy rehabilitation.
Victim 13, aged 4
Outside 385 Bourke St. Was 15 weeks pregnant, baby was unharmed. Kim Trinh had a pelvic fracture, rib fractures, multiple abrasions and bruising. Remained in hospital for three weeks.
Victim 14, aged 32
Outside 385 Bourke St. Multiple trauma injuries including spinal, thoracic and abdominal, requiring a laparotomy, followed by ongoing rehabilitation.

Victim 15, aged 38
Outside 385 Bourke St. Rib fractures and multiple abrasions.
Victim 16, aged 48
Outside 415 Bourke St. Fractured left foot, multiple bruising, cuts and abrasions.
Victim 17, aged 34
Outside 415 Bourke St. Multiple cuts and bruises.
Outside 415 Bourke St. Broken leg requiring surgery, non-life threatening head injury, multiple abrasions and bruising, bilateral lung contusions, post traumatic amnesia. He spent 21 days in hospital and underwent rehabilitation.
Victim 19, aged 22
Outside 415 Bourke St. Multiple fractures all over her body. She spent two and a half weeks in hospital and required months of rehabilitation.
Victim 20, aged 31
Outside 415 Bourke St. Multiple fractures of the leg, shoulder and face.
Victim 21, aged 46
Outside 415 Bourke St. Open fractures to both legs requiring surgery. He spent seven days in hospital and underwent rehabilitation.
Victim 22, ages 33
Outside 415 Bourke St. Fractured pelvis and lacerations.
Victim 23, aged 25
West 423 Bourke St. Multiple traumatic injuries including fractures to her hands, foot, clavicle, rib and vertebra, as well as numerous abrasions and bruises.
Victim 24, aged 29
West 423 Bourke St. Minor leg injuries.
Victim 25, aged 46
Bourke St and Chancery Lane. Multiple fractures including shoulder, ribs, pelvis, coccyx, both ankles, fingers and back. She spent months in hospital and then rehabilitation.
Victim 26, aged 9
Bourke St and Chancery Lane. Broken leg and deep lacerations, psychological trauma. She remained in hospital for over a week.
Zara Matthew-Bryant, aged 2
Outside 501 Bourke St. Skull fracture, brain injury, facial injuries; spinal fractures and burns and abrasions to the face, which required surgery, psychological trauma.
Victim 28, aged 23
Outside 501 Bourke St. Leg injury, psychological trauma.
Victim 29, aged 28
Outside 501 Bourke St. Fractured skull, brain injury, lung contusions, lacerations, broken nose and leg. He spent seven days in hospital.
Victim 30, aged 85
Outside 501 Bourke St. Minor injuries.
Victim 31, aged 40
Near intersection of Bourke and William Streets. Internal injuries and brain trauma. Fractures to his skull, face, ribs and spine and required surgery.
Victim 32, aged 37
Near intersection of Bourke and William Streets. Abrasions, bruises and a head injury requiring stitches.
Victim 33, aged 37
Outside 140 William St. Fractured skull, head lacerations, facial injuries and fractured ribs, lacerations to his leg, sprained ankle and post traumatic amnesia.
