A hot-headed kickboxer who killed a grandmother in a high-speed smash has been freed from jail — again.

Sam Abdulrahim was returned to prison in June after his parole was revoked just months after his early release from prison.

The parole board argued the champion fighter, known as “The Punisher”, was a risk to the community after a series of targeted shootings following his release.

But Justice Paul Coghlan today quashed the board’s decision.

Abdulrahim will be freed to continue his parole, and be allowed him to reconnect with his rumoured love interest, Married At First Sight contestant Jessika Power.

Abdulrahim was last year sentenced to three years and three months jail after pleading guilty to crashing his high-powered Ferrari 360 spider into four cars while crossing into oncoming traffic in Melbourne’s north in June 2015.

Reservoir grandmother Muriel Hulett, 88, suffered life-threatening injuries and died a week later.

Sam Abdulrahim is led from Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.

With time already served, he was released in March this year.

Not one to shy away from the spotlight, Abdulrahim was seen cosying up to Ms Power fresh from his stint behind bars – and it’s not the first time the Ferrari-driving kickboxer made headlines.

Abdulrahim was fined after a wild brawl inside Melbourne Magistrates’ Court ended with the shirtless fighter being capsicum sprayed and loaded into the back of a divvy van.

Last week, lawyers for the parole board told the Supreme Court Abdulrahim had been the intended target of two shootings and another firearm incident earlier this year.
In March, his neighbour’s house was shot up, according to the board. They also say Abdulrahim’s sister was threatened with a gun in May and his cousins’ house was shot at a month later.

No one was injured in the incidents.
