A KICKBOXER has been fined $2000 and his father and girlfriend slapped with penalties over a wild brawl at a Melbourne court.

A verbal stoush between kickboxer Sam Abdul Rahim and Omar Bchinnati turned violent at the Melbourne Magistrates Court in February.

The fight, which witnesses said lasted minutes, ended only after security staff used capsicum spray.

Mr Abdul Rahim was fined $2000 and his father hit with a $750 penalty, according to Seven News.

His girlfriend was fined $100 for discharging a missile — a water bottle.
