Black Friday has become one of the busiest shopping days of the year and Emporium is expecting thousands of bargain hunters through the doors.
The Herald Sun has scoured some of our biggest shopping centres, including Chadstone, Highpoint, Northland, The Glen and Emporium, to bring you the best deals.
Kate Rooney, Centre Manager at Emporium Melbourne, says customers have embraced the Australian version of the international Black Friday sales event in recent years.
“Black Friday has become one of the busiest shopping days of the year, which we know has brought forward some Christmas spending, driven by customers seeking new, physical experiences at Emporium Melbourne,” she says.
Emporium stylist Simone Farrugia says Black Friday is rivalling Boxing Day as one of the busiest and best days to bag a bargain.
“People are often overwhelmed by the crowds on Boxing Day and this let’s them get in early ahead of Christmas,” she says.
