Black Friday isn’t just for the yanks anymore, there’s some amazing pre-Christmas bargains to be snapped up. We’ve scoured the shopping centres across Melbourne and here are the best buys Highpoint has to offer.

More than 80,000 customers were out in force at Highpoint for last year’s Black Friday sales and that figure is expected to grow this year as more frugal fashionistas and bargain hunters take advantage of the pre Christmas discounts over a two day sale extravaganza.
This week the Herald Sun is exploring Black Friday sales at major shopping centres across Melbourne including The Glen, Chadstone, Emporium, Highpoint and Northland.
Those looking to save their pennies on Christmas gifts will find bargains at Highpoint, with more than 200 exclusive offers.
And it’s not just Black Friday, the bargains will still be around on Saturday too.
Top discounts to look out for include 30% off storewide at Super Glue, 40% off storewide at Bonds, 25% off full-priced items at Adairs and 20% off storewide at Seed Heritage.
In addition to the major sales, shoppers will also be treated to a number of in-centre activities such as The Vault, an epic rewards room unlocking over $12,000 worth of prizes.
Shoppers who spend over $250 in-centre (excluding supermarkets) can present their receipts for their chance to draw a Highpoint Gift Card or special retailer prize.
Shoppers looking to take a break can visit the Strike Bar on level 1, to sip on cocktails, play garden games and win prizes while Steve Madden in-store claw machine, Nova Casanovas and a Crunch Fitness rowing competition.
Santa’s Village will be open.
