Racing crowds will dress to impress at this year’s Ladbrokes Moe Cup.

Held at the Moe Racecourse on Waterloo Rd, the cup — known as the “race that stops the Latrobe Valley” — will kick off from 11.30am on Friday.

Attendees will be in for a treat, where they can punt, drink and party the day away with their friends and start their weekend on a high note.

While some racegoers will clink their cans or glasses together trackside, fashionistas will take centre stage at the fashions on the field competition for their chance to win some valuable prizes.

All guests are encouraged to dress in their sharpest, snazziest and most colourful racing attire to make the most of Gippsland’s first spring racing cup for the year.

The Herald Sun crew will also be in attendance to capture photos of all the racing enthusiasts, so make sure to strike your best pose for the camera.
