A Werribee man who dropped his dacks and started masturbating in front of a woman at a Williamstown real estate agency had a history of mental illness and drug abuse, a court has heard.
Baye Ndiaye fronted the Werribee Magistrates’ Court yesterday, pleading guilty to a slew of charges including the shocking incident in 2016 at Compton Green real estate.

The court heard Ndiaye approached an employee and asked about rental properties in the area before putting his hand down his pants and masturbating.
Just minutes earlier Ndiaye had exposed himself to an employee at nearby Raine & Horne, playing music on his phone and telling her “you’re so sexy, you’re gorgeous”.
The court also heard Ndiaye had earlier that year exposed himself to a woman at the Geelong Vintage Market.
He also faced a string of driving offences around Hoppers Crossing and Caroline Springs, including driving while unlicensed and speeding, as well as drugs charges after PSOs at Dandenong train station found him in the toilets with a ziplock bag containing methylamphetamine.
His defence lawyer said her client had been hospitalised for mental health issues 13 times in the past couple of years and a psychiatrist’s report noted Ndiaye had “well-established schizophrenia”.
He is due to be sentenced at Sunshine Magistrates’ Court on February 26.
