The investigation into a huge inferno earlier this year is still under investigation, with police releasing new information just a day after another large blaze in Sunshine.
Police have released CCTV footage and an image of a man they want to speak to in relation to a fire on Devonshire Rd in Sunshine which police believe was deliberately lit back in February.
Emergency services were called to Devonshire Rd in Sunshine on Saturday February 25 this year to find a building fully alight.
Officers were told the commercial premises had been set alight about 4am that morning.

The fire quickly spread and destroyed two businesses and extensively damaged a further three businesses before it was extinguished.
It was confirmed by Victoria Police the building destroyed in the fire contained asbestos.
Investigators have released CCTV footage and an image of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
Detectives are also investigating whether the same man was involved in a burglary and theft committed on an adjacent business, a greengrocer, prior to the fire being lit.
This renewed call for information follows a fire in Sunshine on Monday where a family escaped their burning home on Northumberland Rd in Sunshine North.
Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV footage or with any information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a confidential report online.
