A high-profile executive at a national logistics company has been unmasked as a twisted sex fiend who set up fake online profiles of women directing men to enter their homes to carry out vile rape fantasies.
Jonathan Kiddle appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Friday where he pleaded guilty to a raft of sickening charges.
The former logistics heavyweight incited “unknown men” to attend the homes and workplaces of women he stalked.
Kiddle, 51, a registered sex offender formerly employed at Snapes Project Logistics, targeted 18 victims including women he personally knew.
In the Herald Sun’s exclusive report of Kiddle’s sickening offending, it was revealed he was facing 72 charges, but an additional five charges were laid since his last court appearance, the court heard.
The addition five charges relate to producing child abuse material, incitement of rape and stalking.
When Kiddle was asked by Magistrate Rohan Lawrence how he would plead, he replied “Guilty”.
A number of charges were also withdrawn as the matter heads to the County Court.
Police sources previously told the Herald Sun Kiddle assumed the identities of the women by using real photos of them in fake online profiles where they claimed to be looking for men to fulfil their rape fantasies.
The twisted offending began in July 2024 and was exposed by Melton detectives, who raided his home and Sunshine West employer on October 30, 2024 with assistance from cybercrime digital forensic officers and members of Australian Federal Police’s search and imaging.
His horrific conduct involved him using phone numbers, email addresses and encrypted communication platforms without notifying police as required under the Sex Offenders Registration Act.
He was fired by Snapes Project Logistics after he was raided by police.
Kiddle was educated at Charles Sturt University and previously worked at Bentley Consulting, Billrich Special Services, All Saints Estate and Vehicle Development Corporation.
Kiddle, who appeared from Ravenhall Correctional Centre, will appear before the County Court on October 13 at 10.30am.
