Racist pervert placed on sex offenders registry after masturbating in public

A Mildura racist and pervert bizarre and disturbing series of offending saw him abuse an African girl while he also a performed a foul sex act in public.

A foul-mouthed grub has landed himself on the sex offenders registry for eight years after a bizarre and disturbing string of offending

Arthur Tsamoudakis, 49, faced Mildura Magistrates’ Court on Monday where he pleaded guilty to several charges including encouraging/involving a child under 16 in sexual activity, sexual activity directed at another person, and committing an indictable offence while on bail.

Tsamoudakis approached an underage girl of African descent, asking bizarre, sexually charged questions including whether she wanted to have sex with her sister.

When he was questioned by police about the incident he said: “Because that is the way I see Africans. I find Africans always incest. I don’t want people in my town who have incest.

“I am not going to accept people from Africa coming into my f---ing town and settling here when they have a country of their own.”

Arthur Tsamoudakis, 49, faced Mildura Magistrates’ Court on Monday where he pleaded guilty to several charges.

Furthermore, on Monday, January 22, he was caught masturbating in public as he watched a cleaner go about her business and had been in custody since.

A psychologist report on Tsamoudakis detailed that he was “an increasingly disinhibited, sexually motivated male with reduced empathy for the effect on others around him”.

Tsamoudakis’s brother told the court his brother had fallen off the rails with medication for his mental health, and started taking illicit drugs following the death of their father.

Tsamoudakis pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to two months behind bars and will have to see out a community corrections upon his release, as well as being listed on the sex offenders list.
