The Village Food Store won the grand final over fellow Heathmont Village favourites Chapter Too with 58 per cent of the vote.
The page has nearly 1200 followers and almost 500 people voted in the grand final.
Cafe owner Kellie Herrmann said winning the poll was “hilarious”.
“We are probably the smallest cafe in the strip, we’re only 19 seats, we’re just this little dude in the middle tucked away, and we smashed it,” she said.
“It’s really good to know people in Heathmont still go to the little guy.”
Ms Herrmann said her cafe used locally-roasted beans from Melbourne Coffee Traders and had a good knowledge of their regulars’ favourite orders.
“We’re not an Instagram cafe, we’re not flashy, we just like to do our coffee well,” she said.
The Village Food Store is at 126A Canterbury Rd, Heathmont.
