Five of Maroondah’s most wanted suspects have been revealed, with alleged crimes ranging from shoplifting to theft by deception. Police need your help to catch them — see the mugshots.

Five of Maroondah’s most wanted alleged criminals have been unveiled — and police need your help to catch them.

Maroondah detectives are stepping up their efforts to catch the five on-the-run suspects, who are wanted for traffic and property crimes in Maroondah and other parts of Melbourne.

They are aged between 20 and 64 and have allegedly committed thefts including stealing cars, stealing items from cars and shoplifting.

Maroondah detective Senior Sergeant Chris Goldrick said the five suspects had all dodged court appearances and all but one had multiple arrest warrants.

“They are drawing further police resources because they have failed to appear in court and are continuing to flout the law,” Sen-Sgt Goldrick said.

“These people are committing offences, they have warrants in existence, and we’re very determined to catch them which is why we are seeking the public’s assistance.”

Topping the Maroondah’s Most Wanted list is Ashley Howard, 64, who has six warrants for alleged driving offences and thefts from cars.

He is known to frequent Bayswater North and Scoresby and is 170cm, partially bald with grey hair, of solid build with a beard and moustache.

Hien Bui.

Hien Bui, 38, has two warrants for a charge of theft and driving while suspended.

She is also known to frequent Bayswater North and is 155cm, thin, with straight, long, dark hair.

Jack Callen.

Jack Callen, 20, is wanted for two alleged thefts in Ringwood and Croydon.

He is known to frequent both suburbs and Mill Park, and is 180cm, thin, with curly black hair.

Michael Evans.

Michael Evans, 36, has a warrant for car theft.

He is known to frequent Croydon. He is 170cm, has a medium build, blue eyes and short, brown hair.

Michelle Lee.

Rounding out the list is Michelle Lee, who is accused of car theft and theft by deception.

She frequents Croydon and St Kilda. She is 160cm, thin, with long, black hair.
