A Croydon man tormented a former high school classmate online by posting her school photos — with captions about his purported “11 inch penis” — more than 15 years after they graduated.
Daniel Falls, 36, pleaded guilty to breaching court orders and driving charges in the Ringwood Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
A former high school classmate of Falls took out a personal safety intervention order against him after he started posting photos of her as a teenager on his Facebook page.
Despite the court order, Falls continued to post photos of the woman, who he had minimal contact with after they completed school, with lewd captions.
In one of the captions, Falls spoke about his purported “11 inch penis”.
He continued posting from August to October last year.
Falls also pleaded guilty to a drug driving offence in Clyde.
Falls’ lawyer said his mental health issues and drug abuse led to his offending.
Magistrate Gerard Lethbridge sentenced Falls, who was supported in court by his mother, to a 12 month community corrections order and fined him $1000.
