There’s been movement in the ranks as a former AFL star and a couple of leading ruckmen submit clearance applications to exit the MPNFL.

But there’s also been a flurry of players joining MPNFL clubs, among them former Richmond player Steven Morris, to Red Hill.

There were 18 clearance applications lodged over the weekend.

Brendan Fevola, after playing with Hastings last season, has shelved plans to retire and signed with Rennie in the Picola and District Football Netball League.

His clearance was approved on June 6.
