What a week it has been with all of Australia affected by another domestic violence incident with the devastating loss of Hannah Clarke and her three children Aaliyah, Lalanah and Trey.

Remember their names because Bayside is going to dig just as deep for this loss as it did with the bushfires. #smallsteps4hannah has propelled this ingrained societal problem to the forefront of the media again, giving it the much-needed attention it deserves.

Bayside-led organisation MyRedFlags is a team of volunteers dedicated to communicating the early signs of abuse known as “red flags”.

They’ll be supporting the annual Brighton Lunch on June 5 to deliver a domestic violence fundraiser hosted by newly appointed #RHOM Kyla the Champagne Dame with locals and committee members Julia Hosie, Sabella Sugar, Janey Francis-Tsimos and Geoff Bentley at the helm.

This not-to-be-missed Brighton Rotary event sells out every year and will be sure to keep this issue at the forefront of locals’ minds.

Onto brighter news, and we were left asking “What’s new, pussycat?”.

Seems Olympia Valance’s fella, Essendon player Tom Bellchambers, had loose lips and sunk the ship early that his gal was the purrrfect replacement for Australia’s Got Talent.

Olympia was proving the early bird catches the worm whilst ousting her fella into the dog house for announcing the news as if it was his to share! Oh, to be a fly on the wall.

We’re sure it was all fine in their country love nest in Daylesford and can’t wait to see Olympia’s advice to the hopefuls presenting for a chance at fame.

We want Billy. Give us Billy – whilst we are still recovering from Nat Bass red hot in Chicago, boy, is Billy Elliot a great show!

We were lucky enough to attend opening night and Melbourne lead River Mardesic, 11, was a triple threat and damn impressive in the title role.

It was electricity, tears and tumblers of chardonnay at the Regent.

We were seated beside River’s mum who shared with us his opening night gift – a ride home in a red hot Ferrari.

River’s mum is a celebrated choreographer and dancer and was simply thrilled her gorgeous boy secured the lead role on his first audition.

What can we say – we’re sure she’s been working towards this moment his whole life! The Swan Lake duet was a definite highlight.

Speaking of red hot – the stunning Madeleine West was defying age and gravity in a red hot mini; we were praying she didn’t drop anything for fear of an indecent proposal from one lucky punter!

It could happen, people, given she’s announced she is back on the market and has downloaded celebrity dating app Raya.

That said, we didn’t spot Robert Redford in the crowd anywhere! Given one half of this columnist duo found her hubby on Tinder and the glam Olympia Valance found her beau on Raya we’re sure Ms West will swipe right on the man of her dreams soon enough.

Everybody’s favourite interior designer and temporary Block neighbour Shaynna Blaze was also spotted on the red carpet, sparkling for her night out at Billy.

Another celebrated local “neighbour” Alan Fletcher aka Dr. Karl will host a tell-all at Chapel off Chapel with one who knows him best – his stunning wife Jen Hansen.

The Bayside duo are #couplegoals, and this glam pair will be joined by their stage daughter Kym Valentine, who says he really is just like her dad with even her kids calling him grandad #DadGoals

Our cutest neighbour Scarlett Anderson will be a no-show for this trip down memory lane. She’s looking to set her own record as the youngest and longest-serving Aussie TV star on a soap #shiftoutsally

She was cast at just six months of age and as we look into our crystal ball we think we see a possible radio hosting gig in her adult future.

Stylish mum Julie Anderson and dad John, former Village Roadshow chief, are the perfect stage parents and have the industry knowledge to keep Scarlett on track.

We suggest a cute Instagram follow for Miss Scarlett @scarlettroseanderson
