Bayside Confidential: Chantoozies, Mia Fevola, Chloe Lattanzi news

They’re the original Aussie girl group, but Chantoozies chanteuse and ex-Baysider Tottie Goldsmith is missing in action — and aunty Olivia Newton-John and her pal John Travolta could be to blame. Plus, Pia Miller, Magda Szubanski and more.

Seems three’s a crowd for The Chantoozies with ex-Baysider Tottie Goldsmith suddenly absent from all promo materials from the band.

While Tottie seems to have taken a step back from her Chantoozie gigs for a moment we’ve been told she’s still a part of the trio, and their booking fee is 33 per cent less, so you may see more of them around the traps!

LOOK at those faces! See how excited we are! A NEW PROJECT is on the way! Can’t wait to share it with you all! So STAND BY PEEPS.

Meanwhile, at G’Day LA Tottie was the ‘one they wanted’ front and centre with John Travolta and aunty Olivia (Newton-John).

Closer to home, Olivia’s daughter Chloe Lattanzi stepped into the spotlight for Channel 7’s Dancing with the Stars. We hear mum’s in town to lend a hand of support and both were spotted at Dance World Studios in South Melbourne. We are placing early bets for a hand-jive, Grease mega-mix extravaganza.

Back in the bubble, “we got chills” with hail storms, floods and a drop in temp that has Baysiders reaching for the climate control. Whilst we were pulling on jumpers finals week at the tennis was heating up with local celebs spotted including Eric Bana, Sam Wood and the gorgeous Snezana.

Uber Eats ambassador and everyone’s favourite funny girl Magda Szubanski was also front and centre. Recent tweets from Magda suggest she’s moving for political reasons and starting a new religion. If the religion includes laughing regularly, tolerance and acceptance of all then sign us up Sharon!

Olympia Valance is #fitspiration on the cover of Women’s Health magazine. She took method acting next level last year with the Playing For Keeps star moving in with AFL Essendon footballer partner Thomas Bellchambers. Even Valance can see the irony, commenting that she even dresses like her character Tahlia when she goes to the games!

Bushfire relief is still a hot topic Bayside with David Bromley donating a divine painting of the delicious Pia Miller to the Morris Jones fundraiser. Word has it the painting sold for $10k which is impressive given Pia and David were both unable to attend. Pia has taken romance next level becoming one half of Hollywood’s newest ‘it’ couple. She’s dating the highly eligible Hollywood agent Patrick Whitesell. All we see are #couplegoals in Insta pics from Paris to LA and beyond the pond. She’s quite the yummy mummy with a lovely yummy manbag to boot!

On the subject of yummy, food has always been top shelf Bayside. Bec Judd was spotted filming for Channel 9s Postcards recently at Ten Greek Plates on Martin St and local celebs and influencers love Mr & Mrs P, Siriphen Thai and Fishtank.

As My Kitchen Rules makes a return to our televisions we wonder how many locals know star of the show and celebrity chef Pete Evans is responsible for the Bayside institution The Pantry! He opened the top spot in 1993, that’s 27 years ago people! Just down the street is Hellenic Republic which enjoys a busy patronage. Owned by George Columbaris, his bad boy rep doesn’t seem to have affected local’s appetite for the Greek cuisine.

There was a party pumping at The Brighton Baths for the one year anniversary of freight company Verus Global by “Brighton’s Batchelor” Jackson Meyer. Joining the party were Jodi Anasta, Matthew Richardson, Steve Smorgan, Brayden Maynard, Kristian Jaksch and Warwick Capper.

The party was definitely over for Capper though after being dumped from Brendan Fevola’s radio show on Fox FM. Speaking of the Fevola’s and dumping – Mia Fevola and boyfriend Daniel Rioli have called it quits making Mia quite the eligible young Bayside hotty. We’re sure Mia won’t be single long given there’s plenty of fish in the Bayside sea.

Last but not least, keeping its reputation as the place to go, Coxy was spotted at the Half Moon with buddy Darren Lucas and his LUX Coach which hosted One Direction when they were in town.
