Young footy glamour couple Daniel Rioli and Mia Fevola have split.
The pair, who have been dating for two years, confirmed their romance has run its course yesterday.
“Hey guys, I know you all have a lot of questions,” Fevola posted on social media.
“Daniel and I are no longer together however we still love and care for each other very much and remain the best of friends.
“Thank you for respecting our privacy.”
Richmond premiership player Rioli said the pair remained best friends.
“Hey guys, I know everyone is wondering what is going on with Mia and myself and I hate to say this but we are no longer together,” he wrote on Instagram.
“However we both love each other and still remain close as best friends. Hopefully you guys can respect that.”
He then added: “Always going to be my best friend,” with a love heart emoji next to a photo of Fevola.
Fevola, 20, and Rioli, 22, were last photographed together at the Portsea Polo in early January.
Rioli moved into the Fevola household not long after he and Mia started dating in early 2018 and was embraced as a family member.
The pair’s relationship brought together two great names of Australian footy.
Rioli is the nephew of Maurice and Dean, and cousin to Cyril and Willie Rioli as well as Essendon legend Michael Long, and Fevola is the daughter of Carlton star and Coleman medallist Brendan Fevola.
