Three burglaries in Cobram and Numurkah believed to be linked as police look for the offenders

Three burglaries in the space of 12 hours in Cobram and Numurkah are believed to be linked, with the offenders at large.

Three burglaries across the state’s north in the space of 12 hours are believed to be linked, police say.

The unknown offenders stole cash from a business before cutting the CCTV on Cobram-Koonoomoo Rd, Cobram between 10.30pm on May 4 and 8am on May 5.

The offenders, travelling in a white Toyota Camry, were then seen at a business at 2.20am on Station St, Cobram, where they stole a stepladder.

The men then forced their way into the Numurkah Golf and Bowls Club on Tunnock Rd at about 5am, and stole cash while knocking down a camera.
