A Seymour man has been charged after a motorcyclist was killed by an allegedly stolen vehicle near Alexandra.

A Seymour man who allegedly stole a car before killing a motorcyclist in an alleged hit and run has been charged.
David Graham Berry, 42, allegedly took a white Ford Ranger from the Euroa ‘Middle Pub’ earlier at 2.40pm on Wednesday, before allegedly colliding with a 56-year-old Alexandra man on the Maroondah Highway at Yarck at 4pm.
He then allegedly fled the scene, but was found by police following an extensive search.
The man has been charged with dangerous driving causing death, fail to stop and render assistance, burglary and theft.
He will face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court later on Friday.
