General manager Tommy Lee said the venue was popular for happy hour drinks, large groups dining out, and casual and relaxed weekend lunches.
Mr Lee said the kitchen’s Queensland coral lobster with cream, parmesan and garlic served with pinot grigio-tossed risotto was a popular dish.
Skybar & Kitchen is open seven nights a week for dinner and drinks, and offers lunch from Thursdays to Sundays.
The venue will be open throughout the festive season, excluding Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
