Burger Love opens at Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre
Burgers cooked the “old school” way are on the menu at a new store at Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre. The outlet is hoping to tempt uni students with its tasty offerings.

A new burger joint has landed in Waverley Gardens and locals can’t seem to get enough.
Burger Love, which opened on July 2, has already won over the hearts of many with its American inspired cuisine.
The store has opened with a new menu of burgers, shakes and fries that will slowly be introduced at other Burger Love stores in Victoria.
The most popular burgers on the menu have been the classic and all American burger.
Manager Calvin Parker said the store prided itself on cooking burgers “the old school way”.
“When you cook them on the grill you get a lot of the juice and flavour staying on the burger,” he said.
The store plans to set itself apart from the masses by forging memorable connections with its customers.
“We don’t want them just to come in for the food,” Mr Parker said.
“The service and experience is what we push for.”

Mr Parker said Burger Love will offer affordable and quality burgers, especially for students on a budget.
The Burgerlove burger, which includes a beef patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and American mustard, is $9.90, while a burger with the lot is $15.90.
Shakes are $5.90, and a large fries is $6.
The burgers are prepared fresh to order with many vegan and gluten free options available.
Health conscious burger fans can also opt for a naked burger, which replaces the two buns with a bed of lettuce.
Burger Love is open 10am-9pm Sunday to Thursday, and 10am-9.30pm Friday and Saturday.
The store is located on the outside of Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre.
