The principal solicitor of a Bendigo law firm in liquidation has been charged with drink driving.
Louise Sarah Hanby D’Wynn, 59, was scheduled to answer the charge at Maryborough Magistrates’ Court on Thursday but the matter was adjourned for the second time without an appearance.
The hearing was previously listed for a July 13 appearance, however, that was also administratively adjourned.
Ms D’Wynn was the principal solicitor at Winn Legal, a Bendigo law firm currently under external administration.
The firm was recently ordered to wind up and liquidate on May 23.
Ms D’Wynn has also been a senior member of the Maryborough Rotary Club for many years, providing legal advice to the club among leadership roles.
She will return to court in September.
