PAULINE Hanson has joined the throng of Channel 10 viewers who have found her former One Nation ally, now reality TV wannabe, David Oldfield, a turn off.
Oldfield and his wife Lisa entered the I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here jungle camp last Tuesday, with ratings nosediving the same night.
“Well, that does not surprise me whatsoever,” the outspoken federal senator said of the show’s ratings woes.
“He never did anything positive for the ratings of One Nation either.

“David Oldfield was not the success of the party. He thinks he was and he never was.
“I’ve got no time for David Oldfield. I’d like to see him get bitten by a deadly snake over there. As far as I’m concerned, that is what I think about him.”
Oldfield has not had much luck in his reality TV quest.
He appeared last year on Channel 7’s Hell’s Kitchen, which was also a ratings turkey.
Hanson has never been shy of an opinion and now a collection of her speeches spanning the past 24 years of her political life have been collated for a new book, Pauline In Her Own Words, which will be released at the end of next month.
“I have found over the years I have been totally taken out of context by people with their own agenda and this is going to be a very good opportunity for people to read in full context what I have actually said,” she said.
The book is sure to get noticed on shelves. The cover is a picture of Hanson wearing a burqa.
