MUSIC buff Julia Zemiro is hitting a high note as the host of Channel 7’s new TV sing-a-long on steroids, All Together Now.
The series, to be seen on Seven later this year, sees talented singers perform in front of a 100 strong panel of musical experts. Success is determined by how many of the 100 stand up, join in and sing along to a performance.

“I love a big sing and there’s something quite fabulous about a whole group of people singing their hearts out,” Zemiro said.
“What families and viewers love about it is that it is not a cut-throat approach. It is not about, you are doing this wrong with your voice, you are doing that wrong, it does not get that specific, it is really about saying you moved us, that worked.
“It will be very nice to go in there and work with 100 judges and work with all these performers who are coming in to see if they can get these people to buzz, stand and sing with them.
“Sometimes contestants can be really left high and dry on singing shows and on this one they do their best, they get a score and they get to leave or stay.”
An actor, singer, writer and comedian, Zemiro is best known as host of the hugely popular RocKwiz. She hosts her own interview show Julia Zemiro’s Home Delivery, for the ABC.
She also has history with Channel Seven, being a contestant on the singing show It Takes Two in 2007.
