The British version of All Together Now features Geri Halliwell as part of the judging team. There is speculation Seven will try to lure the former Spice Girl down under to be part of the local version.
All Together Now is described as “a singing competition with a twist”. In each episode a range of singers takes the stage to perform in front of ‘The 100’ — a panel of 100 music experts and performers.
The aim for each act is to get as many of diverse people in ‘The 100’ singing along with their performance as possible.
Each member of ‘The 100’ can score the act one point so the more people singing along, the higher the act scores and the more chance of making it through to the final.
Seven is yet to announce a host for the Aussie version of All Together Now. Comedian Rob Beckett hosts the UK version.
Halliwell was a member of the judging panel on the Channel 9 version of Australia’s Got Talent in 2013.
This year’s season of The Voice will feature new judge Joe Jonas along with Delta Goodrem, Boy George and Kelly Rowland.
Seven is set to call for contestants for All Together Now in the next day. The network is yet to announce an on-air date.
