Former Home and Away star Sam Frost is returning to television and hitting the road in lifestyle show My Road to Adventure.
Frost is joining her sister, Kris Ross, to revisit their childhood for a new adventure with production beginning this month and airing on Channel 7 mid-year.
The sisters will jump in the Lets Go motorhome to travel down Victoria’s iconic Great Ocean Road.
Back in 2020, Frost and Ross ventured to Hervey Bay and Fraser Island in Queensland for Episode 2 of My Road To Adventure, which is available to watch on 7plus.
“We are so excited to join the My Road to Adventure crew again — and this time we’ll be
making the trek to the Great Ocean Rd in Victoria,’’ Frost said.
“The Great Ocean Road means a lot to our family and holds a special place in my heart. I can’t wait to revisit.”
In January Frost, 32, decided to quit Home and Away after five years to move back to Melbourne to be closer to family.
She filmed her last scenes for the show in December after earlier revealing she was not vaccinated against Covid-19.
It has since been revealed that she has been vaccinated and the door is still open for her to return to Summer Bay.
“I quit my dream job at Home And Away to look after my mental health,” she wrote last month on mental health awareness Instagram page, Believe by Sam Frost.
“I needed to take a step back, go home and be with my family. And most importantly take good care of my health and wellbeing.
“I now spend the days with the people I love, doing the things I’ve always wanted to do but couldn’t because I was too busy working.”
