Sam Frost is making a fresh start in Melbourne with a blossoming romance and new management to reignite her career.
The former Home And Away star was happier than ever when she stepped out with her Survivor co-star and partner, Jordie Hansen, at the Little Prince x Mitchelton Wines dinner last week in St Kilda.
The couple moved in together after five months, with Frost also sparking engagement rumours on Saturday when a picture was posted to social media showing her sporting an opal on her left ring finger at a hen’s party.
“We have taken the next step and it’s nice,’’ Frost told the Herald Sun.
“I feel so happy and being able to travel again is great.”
Frost, a former Bachelorette, met Hansen through her brother, who also appeared on Survivor.
They have been hitting the road travelling across the country and she feels content being close to her family in Melbourne.
“I went to Sydney for work and he’s hanging with my brother and he’s like, I miss you so much, I’ll hang out with the people closest to you,’’ she said.
“It’s going well. I’m happy being in Melbourne and I would like to do more acting.”
Frost was embroiled in controversy in October last year when she posted a tearful video to Instagram revealing she had not yet been vaccinated against Covid.
She said she had no regrets about posting it, despite being “torn to f---ing pieces” in the ensuing backlash.
She ended up being fully vaccinated by the end of 2021.
“I loved my time on Home And Away,” she told Stellar in March.
“But there was a divide in the workplace when it came to the vaccine and the mandate.
“It used to be my safe place. I had beautiful friends who I felt were like family. But Covid changed the dynamic a lot.”
