Sam Frost debuts bold new look

Sam Frost has changed up her signature style, posting the look from a Bachelor alum’s wedding.

Media personality Sam Frost has debuted a new hair colour, trading in her signature blonde locks for a deeper brunette hue.

Frost posted a series of photos of her fresh look on her Instagram Stories, teamed with a complementary rose-coloured dress. She was posting from the wedding of Sarah-Mae Amey, a fellow Bachelor alum.

Amey, who was part of the first Bachelor season vying for Tim Robards’ heart, wed florist Matt Flugge. Among those in attendance was Anna Heinrich, the contestant who went onto to wed Robards.

When Amey announced her engagement in 2021, she captioned her social picture, “I cannot wait to marry you. The love of my life and my best friend.”

Frost recently denied reports she and boyfriend Jorden Hansen, who has appeared on Australian Survivor, split up after a source claimed the couple had called it quits.

She shared a text message that she received from a friend to her Instagram story: “Yo yo yo – how are you my love? Is everything ok? Saw on my news app that you and Jord broke up so just wanted to check in and see if that was just lies? Xx’.

Frost sarcastically captioned the picture: “... nah it’s the daily mail so it must be true”.

She appeared on The Bachelor in 2014, and was chosen by Blake Garvey – only for him to dump her for Louise Pillidge.

She was the Bachelorette the following year, where she met Sasha Milczarek. They split 18 months after the show finished.

After her reality TV career, she pivoted to radio where she and Rove McManus hosted a breakfast program on 2Day FM. The show was cancelled within 18 months after being plagued with low ratings.

Frost then returned to TV, first as a contestant on Hell’s Kitchen and then as a cast member on long-running soap Home And Away.

She left the Home And Away gig in late-2021 but not before being caught up in a scandal when she revealed her refusal to be vaccinated despite her employer’s mandate.
