Brodie Ryan is making herself a priority in 2025.
The glamorous brunette, partner of Collingwood great Nathan Buckley, has returned to full-time work after taking a break to travel.
“My routine is really important and I thought it was going to be great to travel but I need to be working,’’ Ryan said.
“Focusing on mental health and the stable lifestyle that I’m used to, and doing things that make me happy. That’s my plan for 2025 … to focus on me.”
Ryan has moved from health to the security industry.
Looking stunning in a red Con Ilio gown, she will help launch new city venue Melbourne Winery on Thursday night.
It is a bold, fashion-forward reimagination of the winery experience — designed for the city it lives in — with the 552.5 square metre area on Flinders Lane including a wine lab, a cheese room, an oyster bar, rotating art exhibitions, private dining and a wine label.
“My love for wine tasting and the art of wine making started when I was 22 in the wine country of Mildura,’’ Ryan said.
“How incredibly lucky are we to have our own little (big) winery in the heart of the CBD. “This is where you will find me after work for a glass of wine, some cheese and oysters on a Friday night before a Collingwood footy match.”
Paul Bellette, GM of Melbourne Winery said: “Melbourne Winery isn’t about tradition — it’s about transformation. We’re creating a space where people don’t just drink wine, they engage with it. Every bottle tells a story, and we’re giving our guests the chance to be a part of it. This isn’t just a place to drink, it’s a place to discover.”
