A loved-up Nathan Buckley has lavished praise on his “beautiful” partner as the pair enjoys a coastal getaway for her birthday.

Nathan Buckley has lavished love and praise on his partner Brodie Ryan as they celebrate her birthday while caravanning up the coast.

The footy great paid tribute to glamour girl Ryan after they set off on a three-week adventure in a Jayco caravan to New South Wales.

“The cheeky eyes say it all,’’ Buckley posted on social media.

“Happy birthday to this gorgeous woman. You can glam up one day and then dag down the next. Love that, Love you. Have a cracking day beautiful.”

Ryan, marking her 35th birthday, said she was steering the motorhome.

“For those that were worried about our safety due to that last story … never fear. I have my heavy rigid licence and we arrived at our first destination safe and sound,’’ she said.

The couple, accompanied by their dog, spent their first night in Kilcunda.

Just last week she spoke of her pride when Buckley attended the launch of his exhibition at the Collingwood Museum.

“It’s a fitting keepsake for an amazing career and something for all of his family and fans to experience,’’ Ryan said.

“It’s good it’s all safe and in one place.”
