Jodi Anasta returns to Neighbours set after 3 week hiatus for exhaustion

Popular Neighbours star Jodi Anasta has returned to set looking happy and refreshed after taking three weeks leave to cope with exhaustion.

Jodi Anasta has returned to work on Neighbours.

The actor had been on three-weeks leave after suffering from exhaustion, but looked happy and healthy in a picture posted on social media from the Nunawading set.

“Great day back on set today with my Neighbours family,” Anasta captioned a photo of herself posing next to a Ramsay Street sign.

Her return comes after it was revealed by Confidential she was taking some time away from the spotlight, with her manager Sean Anderson saying last month:

“She’s just having a rest. She’s exhausted so she’s taking three weeks off.

“She’s living between two cities, she’s also a single mum and there are challenges that come with it.”

Anasta’s Instagram post was littered with messages of support, including from her Neighbours co-stars Bonnie Anderson, Rob Mills, Sharon Johal, Tim Kano and April Rose Pengilly,

Meanwhile, Jodi’s ex-husband, Braith Anasta, said he is focused on their daughter, Aleeia.

The couple separated in 2015 after three years of marriage but continue to co-parent the five-year-old.

“It’s up to her (Jodi) to look after herself,” Braith told Confidential last week.

“I don’t get involved with her personal life. I look after Aleeia and whatever Jodi’s got to do she’s got to do. I’ve got my own family to worry about. As long as Aleeia is taken care of, that’s all that matters.”

The former NRL star has been in a relationship with Rachael Lee since 2016 and the couple share an 18-month-old daughter, Gigi. Rachael also has a son named Addison from a previous relationship.
