Neighbours star Jodi Anasta has been forced to take leave after suffering from exhaustion.
The actor and model is currently on a three-week break from filming the role she has held for the past three years.
The 34-year-old has been travelling between Melbourne and Sydney as she co-parents her five year-old daughter Aleeia with ex-husband Braith Anasta.
Anasta’s manager Sean Anderson told the Herald Sun: “She’s just having a rest. She’s exhausted so she’s taking three weeks off.
“She’s living between two cities, she’s also a single mum and there are challenges that come with it.”
Reports have suggested Anasta was late to set and forgetting lines as her character Elly Conway. But Anderson said she is fine.
“It’s the same as anyone in the workplace, they get a break if they need it,’’ he said.
A Network 10 spokesperson said: “Jodi is taking some time out to rest, we look forward to having her back out on set soon.”
Anasta, then known by her maiden name of Jodi Gordon, first found fame on Home And Away in 2005 and a year later won a Logie.
Her love life, as the girlfriend of Channel 7 heir Ryan Stokes and then as a NRL WAG, made her the subject of much attention.
While Braith moved on from their divorce in 2015 with current girlfriend and mother of his second daughter, Rachel Lee, Jodi is yet to find new love.

She bounced back after an alleged drug-fuelled incident involving a Kings Cross bikie in 2009 and has spoken of her joy at settling in Melbourne and on set at Ramsay St.
“Aleeia has spent a bit of time here and she’s a real little Melbourne girl when she’s here,” Anasta has said.
“I wanted her to spend more time here, and she enjoys it.
“Neighbours has been really good; there’s been a lot of flying but I’ve loved it.”
The former Myer ambassador is a much loved cast member of the long-running soap.
In its 35th year Neighbours is finally being taken seriously after this year scoring six Logie nominations, including Most Outstanding Drama.
