Between the two shows she was also engaged to her former footy teammate, Maegan Luxa.

“I’m putting myself first for a change,’’ said Nation, who is now teaching kids how to play football with Next Gen Minis.

“I felt like I bounced from relationship to relationship and I didn’t help my cause. I won’t be doing a dating show again.”

Nation is starting her own podcast about women, relationships and being a mum.

She will join Neighbours star Sharon Johal to showcase the latest Spring Racing looks on Sunday at the Brunch Affairs event at Prince Dining Room in St Kilda.

Designer Effie Kats, will also be joined by Havana Brown and Bonnie Anderson for a fashion runway with presenting partner, Bondi Sands.

Brunch Affairs x Prince Dining Room starts at midday.
