Adrian Portelli welcomes baby boy into his billionaire brood

Melbourne billionaire businessman Adrian Portelli is over the moon at the arrival of his baby boy, posing for the camera as he cradles his newborn.

Melbourne billionaire businessman Adrian Portelli has welcomed a baby boy.

Portelli and his partner Karlie are over the moon after the birth on Monday, with the newborn weighing 3.48 kgs.

“He was four days over ... it’s an amazing, overwhelming experience,’’ Portelli told the Herald Sun.

The baby has a name but the couple are keeping it private for now, with Portelli posting pictures cradling his son and the caption: “Welcome to the world little man”.

In November Portelli gave his partner a luxury Aston Martin as a “push present”, ahead of her lavish baby shower with blue balloon decorations and big “Baby Portelli” signage.

They had an elaborate gender reveal in July at his $39m penthouse in East Melbourne, flying roulettes over the building.

“Push prezzie well deserved for putting up with me,’’ Portelli posted on Instagram.

Last year Portelli bought three of five houses on The Block in East Hampton, totalling $12.4m.

Adrian Portelli spared no expense for his son’s baby shower.

He then attended the Melbourne Cup where he met up with winners Steph and Gian, plus sisters Eliza and Liberty, who each walked away with more than a million dollars.

Portelli revealed he asked Steph to design the baby’s nursery.

The rich lister has continued to give away homes and money through his online shopping discounts and giveaway business LMCT+.

After controversy following the last series when he was slammed by the winners of the home he purchased for taking some contents, he vowed to do it again from the three homes he purchased before giving them away.

“I will take out the contents and I’m happy to film it,’’ he said.

In May last year he had his prized $3m McLaren Senna GTR craned up to the lounge room of his penthouse in a delicate operation.

He attracted criticism after saying he’d use the penthouse as a weekender.

He owns 40-plus cars and has given away millions of dollars and cars to members of his LMCT+ business.
