“Tiara has played in the forward line, midfield and defence. She never complains and always goes in hard at every contest. Tiara is a tremendous asset to the team.’’

Hannah Cook: Cook is a renowned hard worker at training and rarely ever misses a game. “Whether playing in defence or holding down a position on the wing, Hannah always gives an honest account of herself,’’ said her coach Mayhew.

Jessica McGill pops up in the right spot at the right time all the time.

“And Jessica Hendry is a leader amongst her peers whose actions match her words.’’

Ally McIvor: McIvor is one of the club’s first year players who has continued to grow every week, someone who is turning into a very reliable defender.

“She has been our most frequent attendee at training, showing a real willingness to learn and get better as a footballer,’’ said her coach Jamie Sceney.

“She’s made a very promising start to what hopefully is a long career at Wilston Grange.’’

Hayley Tame: Coach Chris Bloor said each week Tame gets her job done without any fuss. “She plays a tough role in the last line of defence and is our most consistent trainer,’’ he praised.

Maroochydore

Jasmine Dane: This is her first year at the club after she moved up from North Ringwood Victoria.

“She represented East Melbourne then, and was selected to train with the Eastern Rangers. We aren’t an overly tall team so when she turned up, I was pretty excited as she can play ruck and forward,’’ said coach Aaron Yates.

Coorparoo

Aliyah Daniel: Daniel plays down back in different roles for the Roos. “She is able to read the ball well and knows when to stay on the shoulder of her direct opponent or come off and fill space,’’ said her coach Scott Harrison.

“She has a great understanding with her other back players. Aliyah never looks for accolades and always plays her role well. She is definitely a selfless player who has a passion for denying goals to be scored.’’

Emma Bracegirdle: Bracegirdle mostly plays in defence for Coorparoo, but has been moved forward this year at times to utilise her long kick. “Emma would be the quietest on the team but tries to lead from the front and never takes a backwards step on the field,’’ said coach Scott Harrison.

Burleigh Bears

Karissa Muir: “Karissa plays a huge role in our defensive unit every week,’’ said coach Emily Otto.

“Playing as a running high halfback, she has some serious speed and uses it to beat her opponents to the ball and also explode out of a pack. She reads the flight of the ball well and makes it hard for for her opposition to mark with her strong ability to spoil the footy.’’

Wests Juniors

Scarlett Blackmore: Blackmore keeps working on her game and according to her coach Mark McCabe, she has developed into one of our most versatile players.

Tweed Coast Northern Rivers Tigers

Bonnie Starling: A stand out and skillful player who never stops trying for the Team.

“A Tiger girl for many seasons, her great team focus and Club commitment is a wonderful thing for us both on and off the field,’’ Tigers coach Steve Foreman said.

Southport

Lauren Game: She has only played a few games but is a great athlete that loves to compete. “We think once she gets a few games behind her she’ll go to the next level,’’ said SOuthport coach Marcus Gasik. “In the couple of games she has kicked goals as a forward but has also played well both in the midfield and down back.’’

Broadbeach

Rubi Grogan: Grogan’s work across the backline, and her team first attitude, makes her a crucial part of the Cats makeup.

Sandgate

Georgia Watterson and Anthena Kandilierakis: “These girls from the backline tackle their hearts out,’’ explained coach Shane Watterson.
