They are the marathon men of footy, the boys with big motors who just go and go all day long in the QAFL colts competition.
Every team needs them, players, no matter what their state of exhaustion, who have not only a second effort in them, but a third, fourth and fifth effort.

Here are the best boys with the biggest motors in colts.
Mt Gravatt
Jett Green: Green is a ripper of a player for Mt Gravatt, possessing an engine that allows him to run both ways.
Sam Carmody: Carmody is an explosive utility player for the Vultures, an exceptional runner who is capable of breaking lines. To pull that off, he has to have a big motor and boy, does he have a big motor. He is someone who rarely tires from contest to contest
Morningside
Harry Taylor: Taylor competes for the contested ball all game long. He will run to the last minute and is someone who reads the contest so well. He also has fantastic hands, even under fatigue.
Zane Pearce: An under age player, Pearce is fierce at the contest and a real competitor who goes and goes.
Labrador
Mason Field: Fields can run all day. He knows where to run and reads the game beautifully. He works hard in both directions.

Noosa
Zak Korybutiak: Zak had a big pre-season and it shows in his footy. He has speed across the wing and midfield, a very fit centreman who is on the ball all day and who pushes hard forward and back.
Kooper Kooper Bambeck: Bambeck he is a tough, small forward who pushes up across the ground taking big, strong contested marks and is in getting the hard ball.
Redland-Victoria Point
Aidan Palfrey: A halfback, Palfrey is a highly skilled player with great agility who turns defence into attack.
Toby Price. The Sharks winger is another skilful player who is gifted with speed. He is dangerous around the contest and loves the open spaces.
Ryan King: King has a big motor and will run all day for Redland Victoria-Point, giving 100 per cent across the match.
Maroochydore
Hudson Vivian: Vivan is a midfield workhorse, someone who churns through the hard yakka throughout the day – regardless of the standard of the opposition.
Broadbeach
Jaxon Denny: Denny can run all day – all the while maintaining his elite skill and selection marking. He must spend his off season doing road runs because he is one fit footy player.
Aspley Hornets
Jeremy Crooks: The wingman-forward works hard defensively but also takes the opportunity
to run forward and hurt the opposition. He uses the ball well.
Milo Presland: A local junior who grew up just down the road from the Hornets hive, Presland works hard both ways and is a great asset to the side.
Surfers Paradise
Lachlan Morrisey: Rebounding half back flanker Lachlan Morrisey is a standout running player. He is a rookie – still eligible for the under 17s – but has earned his place in colts. He has worked hard on his fitness, driven by desire after missing Suns Academy selection. “His willingness to compete and run all day for his team is a quality not found in many players,’’ said coach Alistair Mitchell. “He is definitely one to watch.’’
Wilston Grange
Austin Taylforth: Taylforth has an amazing work rate, a player who pushes back deep to defend, and then pushes forward to attack. “He has elite skills on both sides of his body and is a very brave leader,’’ according to coach Darren Fazldeen.
Palm Beach Currumbin
Tai Hayes: He plays on the wing and can run all day in both directions while maintaining clean skills.
Mitch Day: Who doesn’t like a ruckman with a big motor. Day has tremendous endurance across the duration of a match.
Sherwood
Alex Peacock: The athletic Peacock is a winger that works hard all day with minimal rest. “He continues to show up and run the kilometres regardless,’’ said Magpies coach Ben Janeke-Cain.
