Gold Coast fitness mogul Tammy Hembrow has ventured into the literary world, announcing the impending release of her book, Show Up.
The 29-year-old social media sensation took to Instagram to reveal her latest project, a book focused on personal development and life transformation.
“So excited to finally share this!!! PINCH ME !!!! my book ‘Show up’ is now available for pre-order,” her post read, alongside a photo of herself holding the book.
“Show Up”, as described on its cover, delves into the themes of mindset, motivation, and the pursuit of one’s dream life. It’s a departure from Hembrow’s fitness-centric brand, offering a more introspective look at her journey.
The announcement was accompanied by a photo of Hembrow holding the book, which features a striking black and white photo of herself on the cover.
“This has always been a dream of mine & feels so unbelievably surreal. This book is about my personal journey- the highest of highs & the lowest of lows. Sprinkled with things I’ve learnt along the way and tools/reflections you can use,” she said.
“I’m hoping this book will help you in one way or another.”
For Hembrow, a mother of three, penning her own book was a longstanding ambition.
“I love to read & to have my very own book published has always been on my bucket list. I can’t wait to hear what you all think. Crying happy tears,” she said.
This year is shaping up to be a landmark one for Hembrow.
Beyond her literary debut, she is set to marry her fiance Matt Zukowski.
The couple, as revealed by Zukowski on his podcast Where’s Your Head At?, plan to marry by the end of the year.
“I said to her ‘I want to marry you within the year of this, I don’t want to make it go too long’,” he said on the podcast.
Zukowski proposed to Hembrow during a candlelit beach dinner in the Maldives in late November, just months after the couple began dating.
“It ended up being the most perfect moment that I shared with my now fiance,” Zukowski said on the podcast.
Just one month after her engagement, Hembrow was already deep into wedding preparations, having selected her four sisters as bridesmaids for her upcoming nuptials.
