AN empty waterside block will be transformed into the Gold Coast’s next mega mansion.
Plans have been filed with the council by Billy Thomas to build the luxury house on the exclusive Sovereign Island’s Brittanic Crescent.
10-YEAR-OLD MANSION BEING DEMOLISHED FOR BIGGER MANSION

The plans reveal the 1000 sqm site will feature a three-storey tall mansion which will include a partially underground basement level containing a five-car garage and car turntable similar to that of the Batcave in the Batman comic books.

The house’s features include:
* A gym, featuring its own steam room.
* A lift which will run between all levels.
* A two-lane lap pool.

* Wine room.
* Private theatre.
* Office.
* A “drying courtyard” next to its laundry.
* Six bedrooms.
The project will go before council later this year.
